About Us

Mission Statement

To be a megaphone for trafficking victims by raising awareness, giving victims access to reliable resources, and eliminating human trafficking in the American Southwest. 

What We Do

Our goal is to have the phrase “Red Rover” be known as a signal for help around the world. When a victim is in need of help, they simply need say ‘Red Rover’ to alert bystanders to call the National Trafficking Hotline: (888)-373-7888.

Our Vision

To make Red Rover the universal call to action all over the world by freeing 750,000 people from modern day slavery.

She also has worked with several TV stations across the US as an Account Executive. Sherrie is well versed in marketing strategies and building relationships. In addition to marketing, she has served on the Women’s Leadership Board at Life Link Church for over four years working with community missions. She holds an Associates of Science in Radio Television and Film, a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting as well as an Advanced Degree in Theology and is working to complete her Bachelors in Theology.

Dr. Wanje brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and spiritual insight, planning and coordinating inclusive, purpose-driven events that foster unity, growth, and lasting impact.

Tammy is a career educator with 26 years of experience in a diverse range of subjects and locations, both in the U.S. and from abroad. While working at the US Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam, she was the recipient of the Meritorious Honor Award by the Department of State United States of America for exceptional performance. She also established Hanoi Helping Hands- an all-volunteer community service group. Resulting in monthly projects, gathering donations, and raising funds to make the group sustainable. Her classroom assignments have included 1st Grade, 3rdGrade, 5th Grade, English Language Learner (ELL) and University-level classes. Most recently, employed by Williamsburg James City County as a 3rdTeacher. Concurrently working as an adjunct online instructor for Grand Canyon University (for the past 16 years), where she teaches college-level classes in teaching science, health and math, service-learning projects, and teaching English Language Learners.  The recipient of several grants, she is an advocate for enhancing classroom learning in innovative ways and empowering communities. As a General Manager for major brands including Embassy Suites, Sheraton, Marriott, and Radisson, Ted has consistently delivered excellence in financial performance, large event production, team development, and customer satisfaction. His leadership has guided multimillion-dollar renovations, improved service scores, and elevated brand reputation in competitive markets.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ted is deeply committed to community service and social impact. He is currently on the Executive Committee as Treasurer for Tempe Tourism.  He has served on the Economic Development Committee for Phoenix East Valley Partnership, and held top leadership roles at Love of Christ Lutheran Church and the Luis Palau Festivals. His strategic mindset and compassionate leadership make him a powerful advocate for Red Rover SOS’s mission to raise awareness and fight human trafficking in the American Southwest.
