Red Rover's Prayer

 We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the victims of human trafficking into Your loving and protective care. We trust in Your promises of protection and deliverance, confident in Your mighty power and unfailing love.

Your Word declares that You are a refuge and fortress, a present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You be a shield around those ensnared by human trafficking, surrounding them with Your angels and making Your presence their hiding place. May they feel Your protection and comfort, even in the darkest circumstances.

We plead for the captives to be set free. You came to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for prisoners (Isaiah 61:1). Break their chains and make a way for their safe return home. May they come to know Your love and forgiveness through Jesus Christ as their Savior, finding safety and love. 

Father, raise up those who will fight for their freedom. Protect them physically and spiritually. Clothe them in Your armor so they can stand firm against the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:11). Surround them with Your angels and cover them with Your wings. Grant them wisdom, courage, and strength as they fight for justice and freedom. Protect their minds and hearts from attacks, filling them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May Your presence be their strength and encouragement as they work to bring light into darkness.

We also pray that You would dry up the resources fueling the human trafficking industry. Cut off the financial supply lines and corrupt networks that enable this exploitation. Disrupt operations and expose hidden dealings. May those who profit from this injustice find their resources dwindling and their power dissolving. Raise up righteous leaders to dismantle these systems and bring perpetrators to justice. We trust in Your sovereign power to end this evil.

We lift up those involved in the captivity and exploitation of others. May Your mercy reach their hearts, soften them, and open their eyes to the suffering they have caused. Bring conviction, transformation, and repentance into their lives. Surround them with truth and light, break down the barriers of sin, and fill them with a desire for righteousness. May they experience Your love and forgiveness and come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). We place our hope in You, knowing You are the God of justice and mercy.
